Brief Introduction
Gold wire drawing die
The wire drawing die is an indispensable mold for the production of wire. The processing method and material selection vary depending on the type of wire and the diameter of the wire. Among them, the production process of refractory wire such as tungsten and aluminum has the highest requirements on the type, processing method and material characteristics of the wire drawing die. Based on a large amount of literature, this paper gives a comprehensive review of the actual technical level of foreign wire drawing die processing methods and equipment, gold wire drawing die materials and gold wire drawing die life. Laser drilling: mostly used for initial punching of natural and synthetic diamond molds. Focusing through the lens produces a focus of high energy density, causing the diamond particles to burn and become loose. However, when the focus of the laser machine is not fine enough, the diamond around the processing part will incompletely burn, thereby forming a blackening and loosening zone and reducing the strength of the hole face. Generally, laser drilling is used for coarse holes of several micrometers or more. The choice of laser equipment depends on the size of the aperture. For a laser machine with a maximum output power of 15 watts, the laser output should be reduced to less than 3 watts when the fine hole is drilled at a depth of 10 m: for a larger diameter, the hole is not more than 10 watts, and the operating frequency is 5 ohm. Adjustable within ~5OkHz.
