Working principle:
The purpose of sizing and polishing the cavity is achieved by the reciprocating movement of the metal wire (coated with polishing abrasive) penetrated into the die hole and the die disk driving the die to rotate.
Instructions:
1. Connect the power supply with the power cable, connect the ground wire, and turn on the main switch on the back of the machine.
2. Clean the mold plate and cavity, pass the bad wire through the mold hole, put the mold in the mold plate, and tighten the cap.
3. Pull out the polishing machine, the lower end is fixed on the lower clip, pull the lower handle as needed to fix the upper end of the polishing line on the upper clip, release the lower handle, the polishing line is automatically tensioned.
4. Turn on the power switch on the panel and adjust the time as needed.
5. Before starting or stopping, the adjustment knob should be turned to the lowest 0 to avoid damage during high-speed starting.
6. After shutdown, turn off the main power switch behind.
