2. Working principle and equipment composition
This machine is mainly divided into two parts: ultrasonic generator and cleaning head.
(1) Ultrasonic generator
The ultrasonic generator is installed in a small case, using automatic frequency tracking circuit, and the ultrasonic vibration can be adjusted to the best state through the frequency modulation knob on the panel.
(2) Cleaning head
The cleaning head is composed of a high-efficiency piezoelectric transducer and a suitable horn. The transducer is installed on a carriage that can move up and down, loosening the lock on the left side of the carriage
3. Installation and usage instructions
·Connect the ultrasonic generator of the cable to the cleaning head.
·Screw the double-headed screw into the transducer and tighten the horn to the transducer.
·Put clean water (about 3/4) in the cleaning tank and place the cleaning tank under the cleaning head.· Loosen the locking knob on the left side of the carriage, adjust the height of the carriage so that the end of the horn is immersed in water for about 5mm, and then use the locking knob to fix the carriage.
· Connect the main power supply with the power cord. (Must be reliably grounded)
·Turn on the power switch, put the mold to be cleaned under the cleaning head and close to the end of the horn.
· Press and hold the button switch on the cleaning machine head. After a few seconds of cleaning, it can generally be cleaned.
·Take the mold out from under the cleaning head. At this time, take your hand away from the button switch and the machine will stop working.
Note:
1. If you are not going to use the washing machine for a long time, please turn off the power switch.
2. The water in the cleaning tank should be replaced frequently, otherwise the cleaning effect will be affected.
3. The end face of the horn is damaged. If there are obvious pits, please replace it with a new one.
