2. Working principle and equipment composition
· This machine uses high-speed ultrasonic vibration, through the steel needle and abrasive, to produce impact on the surface to be processed, grinding the surface to be processed to achieve the required shape and size.
· This equipment is mainly composed of three parts: ultrasonic generator, transducer and base.
(1) Ultrasonic generator
The ultrasonic generator is installed in a small case, which is an ultrasonic power supply. It adopts the frequency active circuit, which can achieve the best ultrasonic output and vibration effect.
(2) Transducer
The transducer is a high-efficiency piezoelectric ceramic transducer, which can convert ultrasonic waves into stable ultrasonic vibrations and adopts air cooling.
(3) Machine base

It is installed on a cross pallet, and through hydraulic transmission, the weight is pressurized and moves flexibly up and down, and the cross pallet can be freely aligned to the center, and there is a pair of pallets that can move up and down on the back column. 3. Installation and instructions
· Installation
Place the base on a stable desktop, move the transducer up and down to a suitable position, then lock it, and connect the ultrasonic generator and the transducer with the output path provided, and then connect the power supply on the base Insert the plug into the power output socket of the ultrasonic generator, inject 10 # into the oil cup, and insert the power plug of the ultrasonic generator into the power socket with reliable grounding when the switches are off.
· Use
According to the size of the processing mold, select the appropriate horn and steel needle, weld the steel needle to the horn firmly with silver welding, cut the appropriate angle on the grinding wheel, install it on the transducer and tighten, mold the mold Place it on the mold base, adjust the cross carriage and the upper and lower carriages of the transducer so that the steel needle is inserted into the mold hole, adjust the weight pressure, and then put the abrasive, turn on the ultrasonic power switch and the mold base rotary switch, if necessary. Turn on the rocker switch of the mold base, adjust the ultrasonic output power knob to the appropriate size, and then it can be seen that the mold material is stirred under the action of ultrasonic waves, that is, the mold processing is in progress.
